What to wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move around in and that make it easy for your therapist to access injured body part. Athletic footwear also recommended.
Do I need a prescription?
In the state of New Jersey, there is direct access for physical therapy, meaning most insurance plans do not require a prescription to be seen for physical therapy. If your insurance requires a referral we will notify you and work closely with your primary care or specialist physician to get necessary prescriptions.
Is there a waiting time to be seen?
Most patients can be seen for initial evaluation within 48 hours.

Will I see the same physical therapist each visit?
We feel it is important for continuity of care to work with the same therapist throughout your course of care. If there is ever a scheduling conflict or your therapist is away, we will be sure you are aware in advance who will be treating you.
