• NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital visitor parking – located at 115 Fort Washington Avenue, between 164th and 165th streets, and is managed by the NYP Parking Office.

Check-in:

• You will enter at the Vivian and Seymour Milstein Heart Center, which is located at 173 Fort Washington Avenue, New York, NY. You can check in at the security desk in the lobby and then head up to the 3rd floor of the Heart Center to the preoperative registration desk.

Where to Wait:

• There are several waiting rooms to wait in while your loved one is in surgery. Typically neurosurgical procedures occur on the 4th floor of the Milstein Hospital building, a care team member will direct you to the waiting room on this floor.

Visiting Hours:

• NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital has open visiting hours. This means that guests are allowed to be with patients at any point throughout the day.
