We are pleased to announce the addition of neurosurgeon, William S. Cobb, M.D., Ph.D., to our Neurosurgeons of New Jersey practice. Dr. Cobb is based in our Ridgewood office in Northern New Jersey.
His specialties include: Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, and the treatment of Pituitary and Parasellar Tumors.
Dr. Cobb completed his Neurological Surgery residency at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NYC after graduating from New Jersey Medical School. He also holds a Doctoral degree in neuroscience from Rutgers University.
Dr. Cobb has a strong interest in diseases of the brain and spine with a particular focus in neurological oncology. In particular, he is interested in the use of stereotactic radiosurgery in conjunction with surgical intervention in the treatment of tumors of the brain and spine. Dr. Cobb also focuses on minimally invasive spine surgery for the treatment of degenerative spine and intervertebral disk disease.
