Dr. Michael Kaiser, Dr. Dorothea Altschul, and Dr. Anthony D’Ambrosio from Neurosurgeons of New Jersey were invited speakers at Valley Hospital recently for their celebration of Neuroscience Awareness Month.
To increase neuroscience awareness, The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, New Jersey hosted a week-long lecture series for primary care physicians and ancillary staff.
Dr. Kaiser (seen in the photo at left) is the Medical Director of Valley’s Spine Center and he gave a Board-Room lecture titled, “Spine Care: Options for Neck and Back Pain.”
The same day, in Valley’s Auditorium, Dr. Altschul presented, Learn about the Neurointerventional Lab.
The following day, Dr. D’Ambrosio, who is the Medical Director of Valley’s Gamma Knife Center, gave a presentation titled, Brain Tumors 101.
The lectures were well attended and everyone learned a lot. Mission accomplished.
