More than eighty people showed up for an official reception at Valley Hospital’s new Gamma Knife Center, held recently in Paramus, New Jersey.
The 7.5 million dollar center opened for their first patients just last month and features a brand new Perfexion Gamma Knife, the most modern machine of it’s kind in the world.
Our own Dr. Anthony D’Ambrosio is Co-Director of the Institute for Brain and Spine Radiosurgery, where their new system will be used.
Along with other staff members, he was joined by his wife at the reception and he tells us the event was a huge success.
They were able to show off the State-of-the-art facility to guests and to pay homage to those who’s donations helped get the center up and running.
