Dr. Ty Olson
Tonight at Monmouth Medical Center, Dr. Ty Olson, neurosurgeon from our West Long Branch office, will be speaking at a FREE community outreach event called Monmouth Peace of Mind: Maintaining Brain Health as we Age.
Dr. Olson, Co-Medical Director of the Gamma Knife Center at Monmouth Medical Center will be sharing the latest advances in diagnosis and treatment of both facial pain and tremor.
An overview of other common disorders of the brain, spine and nervous system will also be discussed, followed by a demonstration spotlighting Monmouth’s new wellness Tai Chi program.
Doors open at 4:00 pm, a light dinner will be served at 4:45 pm and presentations start at 5:15 pm. Come early to spend some time at the heath information tables and for the free health screenings; including memory, cardiac risk, cholesterol and blood pressure. You will also have a chance at giveaways and door prizes.
