Judi Thames is a Pre-Certification Representative at the Columbia Neurosurgery Network–New Jersey. She is the one who calls your insurance company to get authorization for imaging studies, surgical procedures, and the like. Judi also gathers and notifies patients of their benefits.
You don’t often hear about people like Judi, but she, like so many unsung heroes in medicine, plays a vital role in your care.
On January 26, Judi and her family celebrated their wonderful little boy, as he completed his first year, safe and healthy.
