Columbia neurosurgeon, Dr. Michael Kaiser and his wife Dr. Michelle Kaiser laced up their sneakers earlier this month and hit the road in the fight against childhood cancer.

The event was the 11th annual Richard’s Run HHK 5K at Borough Hall in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey.

“Our family has been privilege to participate in Richard’s Run since we moved to Ho-Ho-Kus in 2003,” says Dr. Kaiser. “This year my wife, son, and I had an absolute blast participating. We couldn’t think of a more worthwhile cause.”

Money raised during this event was donated to the Go4theGoal Foundation.

Our unwavering mission is to improve the lives of children battling cancer by providing financial support, developing and implementing unique hospital programs, funding innovative research, and granting personal wishes. —Go4theGoal
